How to remember meeting decisions

The meeting ends —
the decisions do not disappear

After the call, say each decision in one short capture. Unload saves them as tasks you can check, share and assign.

Before Unload

Everyone nodded and left

An hour later, each person remembers a different version and no next step exists.

With Unload

The decisions remained as tasks

Each agreement is captured separately, so it stays visible and can move forward.

A good meeting is wasted when nothing starts afterwards

At the end, it all feels obvious: who writes, who calls, who checks. Then other chats open and the shared memory falls apart. Two minutes of voice capture creates a place to return to without scheduling another call.

Say it now. Sort it out later.

  1. 1

    One capture per decision

Say what needs doing, plus the name or date if you already know it.

  2. 2

    Check it quickly

Make sure the wording is right and important names were recognized correctly.

  3. 3

    Keep them together

Place the tasks in the meeting or project context and assign them to participants.

The conversation gets a continuation

Every decision sits with the work the meeting was about. People see the next action instead of digging through the history of the call.

No long meeting minutes

Keep only the actions and decisions that need to survive the call.

Every task is separate

Different decisions can have their own owners and due dates.

Names and dates in speech

Say them aloud, then check the result when you have a moment.

One shared context

Participants see the same picture and know what is already done.

Personal stays personal

Only the tasks you add to shared work become visible to others.

AI assistant · beta

Say it however it comes — AI can help make sense of it

AI can suggest a title, a due date and the right context, or help turn a larger idea into a clear plan. The beta is currently available to some Premium users. We are checking quality and will gradually open it to everyone.

The essential part already works without the beta: voice capture saves immediately and does not disappear when you are offline.

Unload does not listen to the meeting for you

  • The app does not join a call; a person captures the decisions afterwards.
  • One short recording should describe one agreement, so different tasks do not get tangled.
  • Check names, dates and meaning before assigning work to other people.

What people usually ask

Do I invite a bot to the call?

No. After the meeting, you briefly say only the decisions that need action.

Can I record every decision in one sentence?

One by one works better. Each agreement then has its own task and can move independently.

How do I assign an owner?

Say their name in the recording, then check and confirm the choice in the task.

Will the team see my personal tasks?

No. Only the context and tasks you deliberately share become collaborative.

What if the decision changes?

Open the task and update it. The list should show the current agreement, not an old version.

Say the task, then get on with your day
