Something broken, confusing, or worth suggesting — write to us. It is the fastest route: your message goes straight to the service owner.

Response time

We reply within two business days. If you leave an email address, the reply goes there; without one we can only take the message into account, not answer it.

Data questions

Personal-data requests — access, correction, deletion — are accepted at privacy@unloads.me and privacy@unloads.ru. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

Deleting your account

You delete your account right in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion erases tasks, recordings and transcripts; details are in Section 8 of the policy.
